I locked myself out of my account, now what?

You can easily reset your password by clicking "forgot password."

If you’ve locked yourself out of your account, it will automatically unlock after 15 minutes.

You can also reset your password by clicking "forgot password" and following the prompts. Selecting "forgot password" will provide two options to reset your password. After entering the last name and the email address associated with the account, you may choose from a drop-down box to have an email sent to the email address associated with the account or answer the security question. 

Tip: Answering the security question is quicker and you can use the same password.
