What does a free trial include?

You can explore all the different software features, run unlimited client cases, and generate reports with your free trial.

You can take a 10-day free trial of any or all of the tools in the Covisum software suite: Social Security Timing®, Tax Clarity®, SmartRisk™, and Income InSight®.  

1. Visit https://www.covisum.com/free-trial and click on View Pricing & Start Trial.
2. Pick which subscription you are interested in:
   1. Individual Subscriptions include Income InSight, Tax Clarity, Social Security Timing, or SmartRisk
   2. Bundles include the Essentials Add-On (Social Security Timing + Tax Clarity), Roth Conversions & Income Withdrawal Strategies (Income InSight + Tax Clarity), or Retirement Income Planning Stack (Income InSight + Tax Clarity + Social Security Timing)
   3. The Covisum Suite (Income InSight + Tax Clarity + Social Security Timing + SmartRisk)
   4. Enterprise Solutions
3. Input the required information and click Start Trial.
4. Check your email for the confirmation email and complete the registration process to access the software at https://portal.covisum.com/.

You can now log in with your new credentials. Your free trial includes access to all software features–including new releases. You can run unlimited test cases and generate reports.  If  you'd like additional training or have a question, access to our customer experience team is included in your free trial. 

When your free trial expires, a paid subscription automatically starts, unless cancelled. 

How to cancel your trial:

1. Login at https://portal.covisum.com/ with the username and password you created when you started your trial. 
2. Navigate to My Profile on the left-hand navigation on the portal home screen.
3. Click on Subscriptions. 
4. Select Cancel Trial on the manage subscriptions page.
5. Please provide feedback about your experience when you receive our cancellation survey.

This means that the benefits and access provided are meant for a single individual and their personal use. If you are looking for a solution for multiple members of your team, just let us know!
