How to Change the Credit Card on Your Subscription

Update the card on file for your Covisum subscription from your account in just a few steps. Card updates take effect immediately for future charges.

Who can update billing

  • Primary account holders on an active subscription.


Step-by-step: Update your card

  1. Sign in to your Covisum account at https://suite.covisum.com. 

  2. Click the User icon (upper-right).

  3. Select Manage Account.

     

  4. On the Subscriptions page, click the change link next to the current card on file.

     5. Enter your new credit card number, expiration date, CVC, and billing ZIP, then                    Save.


Note

  • If you don’t see a change link, you may not have permission to edit billing or you may not be on the Subscriptions view.


Troubleshooting

  • Can’t access Manage Account? Make sure you’re signed in to the correct organization.

  • Card declined or saving fails? Confirm card details, billing ZIP, and available funds, then try again. If issues persist, contact support.
