How to Access my Covisum account

There are two easy ways to log in to your Covisum account. You can go directly to the login page, or you can start from our website.

Option 1: Direct Login

  1. Open your web browser and go to https://suite.covisum.com.

  2. Enter your email address and password.

  3. Send Validation Code (See Multi-Factor Authentication below)

  4. Click Sign in.

How to Bookmark the Login Page

Bookmarking the login page makes it easier to return to your account quickly without typing the URL each time.

  • Google Chrome:

    1. Go to https://suite.covisum.com.

    2. Click the ⭐ icon on the right side of the address bar.

    3. Choose a folder (e.g., Bookmarks Bar) and click Done.

  • Microsoft Edge:

    1. Visit https://suite.covisum.com.

    2. Click the ⭐ icon in the address bar.

    3. Select Add to Favorites.

  • Firefox:

    1. Open https://suite.covisum.com.

    2. Click the ⭐ icon in the address bar.

    3. The star will turn blue, and the page will be saved as a bookmark.

  • Safari (Mac):

    1. Navigate to https://suite.covisum.com..

    2. From the top menu, click Bookmarks > Add Bookmark.

    3. Choose a location (e.g., Favorites) and click Add.

Option 2: Login from the Covisum Website

  1. Go to www.covisum.com.

  2. Click the Login button in the top right corner of the screen.

  3. Enter your email address and password.

  4. Send Validation Code (See Multi-Factor Authentication below)

  5. Click Sign in.

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

For your security, Covisum requires multi-factor authentication when you log in. After entering your email and password:

  1. You will be prompted to send a validation code to your email address.

  2. Open your email inbox and locate the validation email from Microsoft on behalf of Covisum.

  3. Copy the code provided in the email.

  4. Return to the login screen, enter the code, and click Verify.

🔒 This extra layer of protection helps ensure that only you can access your account.

Forgot Your Password?

No problem! If you’ve forgotten your password:

  • On the login page, click the “Forgot your password?” link located just below the Sign in button.

  • Follow the instructions to reset your password securely. You will need to validate twice to change your password.
