Primary Account Owners – Advisors who manage a Covisum subscription.

Associates – Team members who have been added to an account by the primary owner.

 

If you don’t yet have an associate account, please ask your firm’s primary account owner to create one for you. 

How to Get Support

Before calling, emailing, or starting a live chat, we recommend submitting a support case:

  1. Select a client account
  2. Click the Support icon in the upper right corner of your Covisum dashboard.

  3. Confirm that you would like to submit your case to our support team.

  4. Our team will review your case and respond as quickly as possible.
