Program Associate

Covisum®, a financial tech company based in Omaha, Nebraska, is seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused communicator to facilitate success and growth for our new and existing customers. We support financial advisors, institutions and their clients.

The Program Associate will answer questions about how to use our software and related materials via email, chat, phone, and video. The selected candidate will undergo training and grow to become a subject matter expert on our software solutions and the context in which they can help financial services professionals serve their clients and grow their businesses.

Responsibilities for the Program Associate position include, but are not limited to:

  • Developing extensive knowledge of Social Security system, tax-efficient planning, portfolio risk and financial planning-related rules and concepts.
  • Accurately and efficiently answering advisor questions related to Social Security Timing®, Tax Clarity®, SmartRisk, Income InSight® and other Covisum software and program materials.
  • Working collaboratively with the Director of Customer Service to identify, document and implement opportunities for business growth and improvement.
  • Completing other tasks as assigned.

Competitive salary with incentive compensation opportunities beginning after 90 days.
