We are not responsible for the privacy practices, the security measures, or the content of any such web site.

What Can I Do Without Disclosing Any Information?

For any customized analysis, we require you to provide us with certain personal information. You may learn about our software, search for a local advisor, and read about Social Security claiming strategies without disclosing any personal information.

Why Do I Need to Submit Personal Information?

Because the analyses we provide are personalized to your situation, we must collect certain personal information. Our goal is to be able to deliver the reports you request quickly and easily without jeopardizing your privacy and security in any way.

We do not meet the conditions as outlined in Section 1798.140 of the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (the “CCPA”) and therefore are not subject to CCPA requirements. We also do not meet the eligibility conditions outlined in the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, Colorado Privacy Act, Connecticut Data Privacy Act, or Utah Consumer Privacy Act and are therefore are not subject to the requirements of these laws. How is the Information that I Send to You Protected?

All of the information that you transmit to us electronically, including basic information necessary for basic calculators as well as personal information disclosed during registration, including credit card and other personal information is securely protected using at a minimum SSL (Secure Socket Layer) 128-bit encryption.  GoDaddy provides the digital certificate enabling us to employ SSL encryption. Furthermore, we have implemented strict policy guidelines to safeguard the privacy of your personal financial information from unauthorized access or improper use, and we will continue to enhance our security procedures as new technology becomes available.

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Website. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Website.

How Do You Ensure the Security of the Payment Information Once I Give it to You?

Processing of online software subscriptions is facilitated through Stripe or Authorize.net. When you submit your credit card information, it is securely transmitted and a billing profile is established.  All billing data is stored in Stripe or Authorize.net, both of which are PCI-DSS compliant.  

What are Your Children’s Guidelines?

We do not knowingly collect online contact information or personal offline contact information about children from children. We do not entice children by the prospect of a special game, prize or activity, to divulge any information about themselves for any reason. We do not permit children under the age of thirteen (13) to register with our sites, as we do not knowingly accept or store personal information submitted by children younger than thirteen, nor do we respond to, promote to, market to, or communicate with children known to be younger than thirteen years old.
