What is the customer success call, and how long is it?

After you purchase the software, our customer support team will send you a welcome email with a link for you to schedule a customer success call. During the 30-minute call, our customer success team will discuss your goals and identify opportunities within the software to help you reach them. We will show you a few software features, highlight resources to ensure you have a thorough understanding of the software and set up a training call with our customer support team.
