The onboarding process consists of four steps. Once you complete each step, your onboarding is complete.
- Schedule and attend your onboarding kick-off call with the customer success team. A link to schedule a customer success call is sent via email after you purchase the software.
- Complete the in-app onboarding checklist. The checklist includes training videos, articles and a quick virtual tour.
- Complete your training with the customer support team. Click here to schedule training.
- Run your first report!
